Creating a New room

iObeya allows you to create new rooms from your Home page.

Note

This feature is only available if allowed by your administrator.

If there is no room available, a message appears.

1. From your Home page, click Create a new room.

2. If available, select the Domain.

3. Fill in :

   • Room name,

   • Description.

     Note

     The description is mandatory and allows the platform administrator to know what is the purpose of the room.

4. Click Create.

Your new room appears in the menu on the left.

Warning

The rooms created by users archive automatically after 30 days.

To expend the duration of your room, ask your platform administrator.
