Switching a Single Board to Read-Only Mode

As a Room Administrator, you can define access restrictions for your boards.

  1. Enter your room, then click Configure the room at the bottom right of the screen.

    The Room configuration panel displays.

  2. From the Room configuration, click Change parameters.

  3. Switch Read only on.

    The board remains visible to all team members, but they are not able to modify its content.

If you are a Room Administrator you can deactivate / reactivate this option at any time using the same procedure.
