How to generate a HAR file

The HAR file is useful in troubleshooting performance problems, latency and errors when using the iObeya platform.

Usually requested by the Support Team, the goal is to reproduce the problem (behavior) you've been experiencing while your browser is recording activity


To get the HAR file:

  1. Right-click in the browser window and select Inspect.
  2. Click the Network tab in the panel that appears
  3. Click on the red button to start/stop recording network logs
  4. Reproduce the problem 
  5. Click the download button. (Export HAR appears when you hold the pointer over it.)
  6. Name the file.
