Backgrounds are blank after upgrading iObeya.

After updating iObeya, you may notice that the screenshots are blank. To resolve this issue:

  1. Just after an update, when you launch Tomcat, iObeya automatically runs the job named “IntegrityCheckTasks” and will then update every screenshot. Therefore, please verify that these jobs are not still running.
  2. If the jobs are done, you will have to look into the log file 'app.log'.
  3. You may find “created empty asset” which means that the problem is:
    • Either a wrong path for the assetDirectory in the context file
    • Or a problem of permissions. Tomcat must have the permission to read/write into the assetDirectory.
