The users and groups page is blocked, “processing...” is displayed but nothing happens and I cannot access the list of Users and Groups.

Since version 3.7, iObeya uses indexes to increase search speed. When you encounter such issues, please rebuild the indexes.

  1. Go to SETTINGS/Jobs.
  2. Search “RebuildIndex”.
  3. On mouse over, click on “Run now”.

Now you should be able to display Users and Groups page without issues. If not, please contact the iObeya Support Team for assistance.
