Now walk the talk!
Let’s put all of this into practice:

In your room settings, turn on the DCM utility
Click on Configure the utility
Create your categories and add tasks
Create a sequence based on existing tasks
Add a DCM board to your room

In the configuration of the board you select :

 
  • Date
  • Timeframe
  • Resources
  • Shifts
Add tasks and/or sequences to your board
Click on different tasks to views details
Edit a task
Detach a task from a sequence
Switch to Active mode
Modify a task’s status and duration
Add a QCD action to a QCD board from a task
Switch to Exceptional Mode to add a new task
Update the board to another date
Go to the KPI page and export data
