Let’s put all of this into practice:

In your room settings, turn on the DCM utility |

Click on Configure the utility |

Create your categories and add tasks |

Create a sequence based on existing tasks |
|
Add a DCM board to your room |
|
In the configuration of the board you select : |
|

Add tasks and/or sequences to your board |
|
Click on different tasks to views details |
|
Edit a task |
|
Detach a task from a sequence |
|
Switch to Active mode |
|
Modify a task’s status and duration |
|
Add a QCD action to a QCD board from a task |
|
Switch to Exceptional Mode to add a new task |
|
Update the board to another date |
|
Go to the KPI page and export data |
