Is there a difference between board sizes in iObeya compared to reality?

Effectively, there is a slight difference between the size of the boards in iObeya and the standard physical sizes. This can occasionally be problematic when creating board backgrounds. Below are tables with the different exact sizes in millimeters/inches/pixels.
