You must request access to download the latest version of iObeya before installing or upgrading your iObeya platform.
This requirement is motivated by our commitment to offering tailored support and being actively involved whenever a customer decides to install or upgrade an on-premises instance.
Check that your infrastructure matches the technical requirements for iObeya on-premises and make sure that you understand all the steps of the process by reading the setup and maintenance guide.
When you upgrade your platform to version 4.46, the upgrade steps change slightly compared to previous versions. You must complete the iObeya migration before you proceed with the MySQL 8.4 LTS upgrade.
Exceptionally for this version 4.46, you must apply the version 4.46 database schema update before you upgrade to MySQL 8.4 LTS. Make sure you follow this updated order to avoid issues during the upgrade.
