If you use Azure DevOps Server, the minimum scope required to generate your Token is:
- Work items: Read & write,
- Member Entitlement Management: Read,
- Identity: Read,
- User Profile: Read,
- Project and Team: Read.
If you use Azure DevOps Services, the minimum scope required to generate your Token is:
- Work items: Read & write,
- Member Entitlement Management: Read.
